Bored? Want to learn about doing your own craftbeer? Want to learn how to code html? What about cooking or painting? Yea we know, it’s something we’d all love to learn someday but signing up for classes is a big commitment, time and can get pretty costly.
What if there was a website where you can find classes in just about anything for a low price of $20 that’s near you. Heck yea, SIGN ME UP!
Enter Dabble a Chicago startup. Dabble is a community marketplace for people to teach, discover and host unique and affordable classes online. Founded by Erin Hopmann and Jessica Lybeck, it lets everyday experts teach, and everyday people sign up for those classes really easily. It’s a great way to meet new people of the same interest, get out and do something new and even a great idea for first dates!
We totally fell in love with this idea. It’s fantastic and a great means for self empowerment.
This is like university for the casual adult. One night you can head and out take the basics of tea 101. Then you can learn about managing a start up the next week. That weekend, you can learn about creating a website and bam, the next month you’ve got your own online store selling teas. Next thing you know, you’re leading a class on Dabble teaching folks your secrets for a successful startup.
The website updates regularly providing new and unique classes all the time. Why not give it a spin and Dabble in something new?
